Terms of Use

Effective as of 4 November 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for accessing and using moskiparis.com (the "Website"), published by NEW TIME, the company operating the MOSKI Paris brand ("MOSKI Paris"). Browsing the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Purchases are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 — Access to the Website

The Website is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. Connection costs are borne by the user. MOSKI Paris endeavours to ensure continuous access but may interrupt it, in particular for maintenance, without incurring any liability.

Article 3 — Customer account

An account is required to place an order. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including surname, first name, email address, mobile phone number, country, postcode and city. The user is solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for any use of their account. The account may be deleted at any time by writing to contact@moskiparis.com.

MOSKI Paris may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud or misuse.

Article 4 — User obligations

The user undertakes to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • interfere with the security or operation of the Website (intrusion, viruses, automated data extraction);
  • impersonate a third party or provide false information;
  • post, through reviews or forms, any unlawful, abusive or defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.

Article 5 — Customer reviews

Where the Website allows reviews, they are moderated before publication. MOSKI Paris states whether reviews are checked and how, in accordance with Article L111-7-2 of the French Consumer Code. A review may be rejected if it is unrelated to the product, unlawful or clearly not genuine.

Article 6 — Intellectual property

All content on the Website (trademark, logos, texts, photographs, visuals, creations) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to NEW TIME or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

Article 7 — Liability

MOSKI Paris takes care to ensure that published information is accurate but does not guarantee that it is free from errors. Product photographs are as faithful as possible; colour variations may occur depending on the screen. MOSKI Paris shall not be liable for damage resulting from an interruption of the Website, a malfunction of the user's equipment or improper use of the Website.

Article 8 — Hyperlinks

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. MOSKI Paris has no control over these websites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

Article 9 — Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy of the Website.

Article 10 — Changes to the Terms

MOSKI Paris may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of browsing.

Article 11 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules available to consumers.
